I am doing some ground work research for a scheme that wishes to use sms / mobile technology as a tool for promoting captioned, subtitled or signed events or films that may be of interest to hard of hearing and deaf people.

Does anyone know of any research, case studies or similar schemes where mobile technology has been used for this community?
