We are specialized in publishing financial/trading newsletters and organizing university events. We would like to implement a new service SMS alert and reverse billing for our customers (mainly in Australia and UK).

Because we will not send a high volume of SMS (not more than few hundreds/month) we are looking for a provider with a low set-up cost for these countries.
