Social networking services like LinkLN and ZeroDegrees are progressing apace . LinkLN has just added $10m to its funding and announced its millionth user.
I joined zerodegrees and LinkLN a few months ago, and LinkLN is the one which seems to be taking off. Without really trying I have over 300 connections two degrees away, (i.e. friends of friends) and a total network of over a quarter of a million.
I have been registered with ecadamy for some time also but I have never really felt any benefit from that.
And of course e-consultancy.
But how do I use these networks? And should I put more effort into them?
I would be interested in other users experience of this type of tool, and any tips / success stories.
