What are the best sites out there to review survey software and online survey tools? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Evan
Have you seen the Online Customer Surveys resource page on this site? That links through to our Online Surveys and Research: A Buyer's Guide which has reviews of many of the leading survey software companies.
That guide was from over a year ago now so will be updated this year. If you scroll to the bottom of the Online Customer Surveys resource page you'll see a link to Tim Macer's reviews of survey software tools which could help too.
You might also want to read my forum post "Online Survey Tools" and the (many) replies in that thread as that will give you some more links and companies to look at.
We ourselves use ClickTools for our own online surveys and they've been excellent.
