That guide was from over a year ago now so will be updated this year. If you scroll to the bottom of the Online Customer Surveys resource page you'll see a link to Tim Macer's reviews of survey software tools which could help too.
You might also want to read my forum post "Online Survey Tools" and the (many) replies in that thread as that will give you some more links and companies to look at.
We ourselves use ClickTools for our own online surveys and they've been excellent.
Another software platform to evaluate is Confirmit (www.confirmit.com). It provides two levels of user interface so as to accommodate all levels of sophistication of users across your business. It includes an online Reporting module for distributin of results across the business, as well as an integrated panel management platform that includes tracking of incentive points. The ASP allows you to start working with the product immediately, with a 99.7% guaranteed uptime.

I'd have a look at www.quask.com. Slightly unusual name I grant you but great software nonetheless.
Good luck anyway.

Hi Evan
Have you seen the Online Customer Surveys resource page on this site? That links through to our Online Surveys and Research: A Buyer's Guide which has reviews of many of the leading survey software companies.

I've used www.zipsurvey.com since 2002 with fantastic results. Very easy to use for any type of surveys. Starts at $19.95 a month.

Hi brynulf,
Best over all SaaS provider for on-demand surveys is to be found at www.socratos.com.
Gives you both traditional push surveys and panel management, which no other provider does in the Enterprise Feedback Management solutions business.
Give John Kivit a call for a demo and please mention my reccommendation.
Cheers.
