    The following 2 articles from cyberatlas make interesting reading. They're basically pointing out the mismatch between what many consumer goods site owners think is important on their site and what their customers think. The sumamry is that many e-tailers don't understand WHY their customers shop online, placing a low importance on features which their customers think are crucial.
