Hi Folks,
I was very excited when I found out this website and forum. I'm a webdeveloper/system analyst, working on a consultant basis job (free-lancer) since the dotcom I was working got out of business, I have 9 years experience doing and maintaining websites.
I did this month a very simple CMS, using ColdFusion 4.5 and SQL Server 2000, and I would love to have some feedback from you CMS experts.
The system is very simple, it is only one-level login (administrator), there are no webpage templates to choose and I spent only 2 weeks working hard on this project. There is no version control and all other robust features of the famous CMS in the market.
It is basically a CMS to publish a simple newsletter with multiple sections containing multiple articles. There is a functionality to schedule, archive and publish content.
The homepage has a featured article and three teasers about articles.
All content are inserted and updated directly from the website.
At this moment the system is published only on my own server (development) and in order to give access to someone interested in give me some feedback I need to know your IP(because my firewall blocks everybody) and your email address.
Thanks,
Emanuel
p.s.: sorry for my poor English, I am Brazilian and still learning how to speak and write in English.
