I'm wondering if anyone knows of or has experience using a tool that would keep track of trademarked terms that should only be used within official PPC Ads. Currently I'm having to check the SERPs manually at random times to ensure that affiliates and competitors are following the trademark rules.
Ideally this tool would send an email alert and potentially include details of the Ad that was being displayed for the trademarked term.
We have a tool in house that does something similar but we don't license it out.
If you want something cheap and cheerful try Caphyon AWR http://www.advancedwebranking.com/features.html it looks like an SEO tool accept that it can also analyse PPC search engines in the same way. So you can schedule it to monitor the approved ads against certain keyphrases and email you if their rank changes when a competitor bids. You can also do competitive analysis.
Hope that helps.
