LOCATION: London W1
TERRITORY: Vertical or Geographical (UK + Benelux + Scandinavia)
Touch Clarity is the global leader in the provision of content targeting and revenue optimization software. Based near Warren St. tube in Fitzroy Square, our company is now expanding their sales force to take advantage of the current market growth. We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate experience of selling enterprise software in one of the following technology areas: personalization, CRM, campaign management, ad serving, web analytics. Ideally you will have sold marketing or CRM-based solutions to one of the following sectors: retail financial services, telecoms, online gaming and betting, transport and travel. You will be technically competent with sound commercial acumen. THE ROLE New business sales to corporate accounts in assigned territoryAchieve revenue goals by establishing quality contacts and winning new businessSales role focusing on real-time targeting and enterprise web analytics solutionsCross-functional enterprise selling to senior Marketing, E-Business, CRM and Operations managersTHE PERSONMinimum 5-7 years of sales experiencePrevious sales experience within an enterprise software vendorExperience selling CRM or marketing software solutionsUnderstands and can demonstrate a detailed knowledge of at least two of the following technical areas: ad serving, personalization, web analytics and campaign management.Self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision.Has appropriate vertical market experience in one or more key verticals – primarily retail banking, telecoms and online gaming/betting.Effectively communicates through oral and written communications to both technical and business audiences.Commercial understanding of the business impact and implications of marketing automation software and able to use this knowledge to maximize the opportunities within a sales situationRELEVANT TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
General Requirements:5-7 yrs proven track record of New Business Development at Board level.Track record of enterprise software license sales with deal value of £250k+Background in consultative/solution sellingProfessionally sales trained – ideally from within a Blue Chip organizationStrong background in personally developing cold new business from scratchStrong track record of over-achievement against sales targetExperience in driving and closing high-level, strategic business at board levelAbility to establish trust and credibility at board levelAbility to qualify an opportunity and focus on profitable strategic dealsStrong business knowledge and commercial acumenExcellent presentation and communication skills both written and oralAbility to communicate at all levelsSelf-motivator with the ability to work independentlyDegree level academic qualification Functional expertise in any of the following areas would be a significant plus:-campaign management -web analytics -personalization -data mining-segmentation-targeted marketing-propensity modeling
