I am in in the process of setting up an ecommerce site, and am looking for a consultant who can assist with the tender process, selection of the appropriate design and build agency and also advise on the advantages / disadvantages with local project management and off shore web development vs full development in the UK / London.
We are looking to place the project with the appropriate agency by the end of August and commence a 4-6 month build.
If you can or know of anyone who would be worth speaking to, it would be great.
Alternatively - where is the best place to souce consultants for this type of work?
