    POSITION: Web Marketing Manager
    REPORTS TO: Sales & Marketing Director

    OVERALL PURPOSE: To thoroughly evaluate and develop Thomas Pink’s Web presence and implement action plans to increase online sales through site enhancements, Web marketing, and a comprehensive email CRM strategy.

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    •Develop brand through Website development and web marketing activity
    •Work closely with appointed agency in development of site
    •Respond to requirements of online consumer
    •Meet the growing demands of the online consumer
    •Create a centralized, strategic drive for results through web marketing activity and web amendments
    •Develop customer loyalty initiatives
    •Respond to customer feedback and act accordingly

    MAIN TASKS

    1.Liaise with other Head Office departments to develop synchronized timing and targeting of Web marketing initiatives (merchandising, marketing and visual)
    2.Develop and implement site positioning and strategy.
    3.Manage and oversee Web development schedule and budget. Liaise with agency.
    4.Work with Web Administrator to ensure site is up to date with copy, content and product.
    5.Ensure site is maintained on a daily basis.
    6.Liaison with third parties for site marketing across the Web (portal agreements, affiliate networks etc.)
    7.Develop initiatives and strategies for maximising sales and reducing costs
    8.Regular financial reporting of sales results by territory, product group, customer base, etc
    9.Develop and implement creative, sales-focused direct marketing strategies to increase response rate
    10.Maintain and analyse customer database and implement action plan to ensure loyalty and increased ATV’s
    11.Analyse and make improvements to website.
    12.Liase with list management companies
    13.Develop customer profile analyses and implement/action targeted CRM initiatives / site adjustments

    THE PERSON
    We are looking for someone who is currently doing a similar role. The should have a keen interest in our brand, be very strategic and sales/mktg focused, and have strong Web experience (focus on front-end, strategy but reasonably conversant in the tech side of things).
