Project Manager at Webconsult.hu ltd.
09 July 2001 14:31pm
Dear Readers, Mr. Friedlein,
I am a stundent at International Business School - Budapest. This school is a partner of the Oxford Brookes University, I attend the BA in Business Studies course of the Oxford Brookes.
I have just finished my placement year at Webconsult, a Hungarian Internet company and my task is to write a project report on it. I was lucky enough to be the web project manager of Webconsult in the last year, but to come up with a really good project report, I would like to gain as much information as possible.
I have purchased the Web Project Management book of Mr. Friedlein in order to learn about the methodology and other important issues from the viewpoint of an expert.
Before going into any professional topics, I would like to know whether this forum can be used as a helping tool to consult with experts concering my project report.
The topic of my report is something like this: "Ways to improve opertaions in Internet related projects at Webconsult".
I would introduce the current method we use and then focus on the most important problems which I intend to explain or even solve in my project report.
Since I will continue to work for this company, the information gained here can be of real business value.
I am looking forward to your answer, best wishes,
