Anyone know of a good example of a webinar they've seen/heard of recently? Also any names of good operators or services here would be much appreciated.
Thanks

I've used Webex to deliver training, conference call presentations and product update announcements in the past and found it excellent.
The functionality to pre-record presentations and let invitees run them at their own pace is a great feature when you're operating across time zones, though you do lose some of the interactivity of a good seminar this way.
I'd be interested in seeing if there are any better options out there though.
At the cheap and cheerful end of the spectrum I think MSN Messenger and Skype can handle audio and visuals, though I'm not sure how the sound quality of these perorms with large numbers of users.

Just used gotowebinar.com to do a webinar - very easy to use and takes all of the hassle out of registration and reminders. Only $99 a month.

There are numerous options available.
Web Ex, Netspoke, Adobe Connect and Mircrosoft Live Meeting are the most used and recommended.
It would be useful to know a little more, how many users you expect to be online, whether you wish to record the audio and web side of the presentation and a better idea of what you want to use the presentation for.
Feel free to email me:
with more details and I'll come back with some more finely tuned recommendations :-)
