New Year work overload... What's the best, low cost, simple system to manage job requests to our online team where we can prioritise and track through to completion?
We have a number of departments that are all looking for work done. We need a smarter - but workable - system to manage the workload.

The best, low cost and simple system could perhaps be the one which you can make yourselves internally I think ?
To be honest it depends on what you mean by "job requests" and exactly what info each department needs, etc etc. I have a couple of things in mind but I'm not sure whether they'd be appropriate.
Having said that, we use our own internally made tools. ;-)

We've just started using Bug Genie, an open source web application. Works really well and is dead easy to use.
