Hi there, we're planning a central e commerce funtionality for a major manufacturer. Each retailer's website will link seamlessly into the central product database and payment system. Does anyone know where we can find information relating to the legal contract around this transaction. Is it with the retailer or with the manufacturer. I guess we're into the realms of whitelabelling legislation.
