    Hi,

    I am looking for a freelancer to build a Flash video player (playing various MPEG formatted content) with the client's branding and an embed code generator. All files will be uploaded via our CMS, so no need to accept user-supplied uploads. The average file size is 3Mb-5Mb, and it should start streaming before the full video file is downloaded. The list of files will be stored in a database, and we can supply details via XML.

    May I ask why you don't do this in-house? There are many FLV opensource playes and the adaption would be fairly easy if you have the resources on board.
