Hi,
We are looking for a simple CRM solution built for online retail as opposed to managing leads and large sales forces.
I've done a lot of Googling but haven't got far.
An integrated email + CRM solution would be great. Have been looking at Silverpop but unsure of it's CRM capabilities.
Cheers,
Conrad

Hi Conrad
I've previously recommended Highrise to small businesses, but I've found that for more complex integration Salesforce.com is a great solution.
It does indeed have the integrated email capabilities and is a very powerful solution.
Do check it out - and maybe Highrise too if you'd like a cheaper - more basic option.
Best wishes,
Will.

Hi Conrad
Not sure how much 'CRM' you need but a lot of the Email Service Providers (ESPs) provide some of this. Our Email Marketing Platforms Buyers Guide has more details - http://econsultancy.com/uk/reports/email-marketing-buyers-guide
