    We wish to integrate our proprietary Loyalty/e-Purse Payment application into a an ecommerce web portal for a trade association made up of a group of over 100 merchants

    Each merchant has their own line of products and would require their own shop front on the portal. The physical shops for all the merchants  are also located in close proximity.

    We anticipate that the Loyalty card program and an online sales channel (which is presently non-existent) complement each other well and there is an urgent need to launch the two simultaneuosly

    What we require is professional support to prepare a strategic paper and specification for the ecommerce process that would be relied upon to:

    1. Prepare the business case for the ecommerce portal supporting the payment/loyalty card.

    2. Define the relationships with logistics/fulfilment partners.

    3. Select a vendor/implementation partner for the ecommerce portal

    4. Design the IT infrastructure

    We intend to engage the supplier ina contract to prepare the specs and we would also be happy to hear from any one wih experience in the industry interested in an internaional partnership opportunity.
