Hi
Does anyone out there know of anyone who provides IndexTools user training?
Just joined a company who have IndexTools installed. I am sure it does all we need it to, however no-one at the company really knows how to use it.
In the past I have used full service suppliers - Omniture, Nedstats which included formal user training - but obviously IndexTools doesn't anymore.
If anyone knows of anyone who runs IndexTools training sessions / consultancy please give me a shout.
cheers

hiya, Justin, there's a nice little intro post here:

I suspect Yahoo will put together some decent 'help' material now that IndexTools has become Yahoo Web Analytics.

Hey Justin,
Try contacting I'm sure he'll be glad to help you out, or even they use the application and might be able to offer you something.
Either way mention my name Craig Cleaver, I'm sure they'll provide some insight for you.
