I am looking to add call tracking to our site to evauate the value of some of our keywords that historically have not shown results.

I understand there are various providers out there, but could anyone recomend any that they have used?

I basically want a low cost solution that I can trial and prove that call tracking could save me money.

Any advice on companies you use or have used in the past would be great.

    Thanks

    Hi Anonymous,

Yes, there are a handful of providers out there.

Although Econsultancy can't explicitly recommend single suppliers, you might want to look at Jellyfish's Infinity product, as this is featured in our Innovation Report

FressEgg also have their CallTrackID, which they wrote about on the Econsultancy blog

    Hope that helps.

    Hi,

You might also want to look at AdInsight as they have just won the Econsultancy Innovation Award for their call tracking product AdInsight Clarity.

    Good luck

Mediahawk offer call tracking to business clients looking for more in-depth reporting solutions.  Leads from keywords, referring urls, pay per click advertising and social media activity can all be tracked by using dynamic telephone numbers on landing pages and websites.  The telephone number will change according to the referring advert, keyword or other marketing activity.  Take a look at www.mediahawk.co.uk or call 0845 122 2213 for a demo of the product.

    Good luck.

    Hi

The problem with many call tracking companies lies in the reporting. They either offer a mish - mash of information which makes determining important factors difficult, or they only offer a narrow band of information.

There are a few companies however which have refined their reporting to show good clear insights into what ad sources generate phone calls.

Send us an email if you would like some more information.
