Maybe my experience is not typical (and it's certainly broad) , but bought in B2B lists seem such poor quality.
Twice this week I've spoken to folks who've been happy with their recent marketing; and both said - 'we don't buy lists, we get on the phone and do our own'.
So if you have an existing list - maybe you could hire your own graduate or temp, and phone clean it yourself.
A B2B list is so much shorter thana B2C one, so manageable.
Make sure you've a nice CRM in place first of course!

There are many companies we have used for B2B List Cleaning. The best ones are Tech4T (http://www.tech4t.co.uk/), FC Software (www.flyingcod.com - a great list cleaning) and Harte Hanks.
