It also includes a full product catalog, price list, invoicing and sales management.
It doesn't have profilling, but you can segment your customers via tags

I use capsulecrm.com (was called javelincrm.com but recently changed their name)
It doesnt have invoicing but it can be integrated with several accouting products, and can integrate with email marketing providers.
Suggest you check it out, its doing wonders for me!
