We are looking to encourage our customers to send pictures of them using/wearing our products via MMS

However we curently don't have this capability and wanted to know if anyone can recommend a company or alternatively we could just buy a mobile and use a specific number

    Thanks for your help

    Hi Jason,

There are two options I can think of.  One involves going via a telecoms provider and the other one just using a phone connected to a PC.  It's not so easy to explain things in detail here, but if you give me a call I will be glad to provide more details of how it can be done.

Finally, it might just be simpler to ask customer to email you images instead.

    regards,

    Hi Denis

Thanks for response and I do think the easiest thing is probably the mobile phone route as it is potentially easier to manage.

Then if customers extensively use the mobile phone route we can look at alternatives.

    Hi Jason,

Actually, I'd say that the telecoms route is probably easier to manage.  Well, to be honest it depends on the duration of use, costs, etc too.  But give me a call and I can explain all about it.

    Hi Jason,

Only just saw this - not sure if you're still looking, but our technology platform has the capability to do this automatically. If you want to have a chat, give me a shout. Happy to talk through the mechanics behind it, etc. We've done similar campaigns in the past, and they've worked really well.

    Thanks,

    Lily
