Boden, Jessops, Tesco, Mosaic, Coast, Betfair, Ann Summers etc etc - use SciVisum for this kind of stuff.
I should know, I work at SciVisum... and our User Journey approach is often praised as being far more realworld and indepth than usual.
Check our website: www.scivisum.co.uk to find contact details, to reach our sales folk.

I was wondering if you have had any web application penetration testing performed for things like SQL injection and XSS? If not, our company would be able to assist.

Steve is correct—don't forget about security or privacy. But make sure the whole environment is thought about - not just the website on a test server. The server(s), database, related services and feeds also need to be considered. You may want to check against compliance requirements.

Colin is spot on there.
It's much better to take a holistic approach - else folks miss out things like losses in the promotional codes: which can come from both technical blips in the web site itself (under certain conditions promotional codes are not correctly checked for validity), or security fraud (insider attack etc).
Including Promotional Code checks into User Journey testing 24/7 or Prelaunch testing, is surprisingly not so common, given the significant sums of money involved
