We use Hiscox for PI.
They seem reasonably priced, but have never had to call upon them to really test how well they deliver.

The company I work for is actually a specialist business insurance broker - I am of course biased - but they will search the market for you so that you get the right cover at the right cost.
If you are interested let me know, and I can get one of 'the family' to give you a call. The bonus is they won't bombard you with pointless, jargon-full info as their not on commission so you'll speak to someone that actually gives a damn about your needs!
Might be worth a shout. Let me know if you do want me to get somebody in touch with you.
All the best
