I have been in discussions with Bazarvoice but their prices are high for the SME that I represent. Trying to find other providers that offer white-label solutions is proving difficult.

I represent a small Luxury Travel Company and don't have a massive online budget unfortunately. I am trying to drive and grow our eCRM strategy and know that UGC in the form of reviews will work well. They will also help our SEO strategy.

The other option is of course to get a bespoke solution but I would prefer to utilise existing technology. I accept that it's a bit much to ask for what we can afford.

    Any suggestions/recommendations appreciated - R Buckle

    hiya, Ray,

The main ones I've spoken to are:

    • BazaarVoice
    • Reevoo
    • eDigitalResearch

BazaarVoice's setup is absolutely fantastic & offers a whole range of benefits that others don't/can't offer. It sounds like you've ruled them out though so I won't speak further.

Reevoo While their system's great, it won't provide you with new search traffic - it's purely about conversion. You can trial it quite easily though, without much of a tie-in. There are some nice benefits & it's straightforward to integrate. The contact I spoke to there was Neil Devlin who was extremely helpful.

eDigitalResearch - I'd spoken to them previously about surveys & they were very professional. I didn't think the sales pitch for their review tool was as good. The person I spoke to emphasised how difficult setup would be, etc. There are also initial setup costs, so more difficult to trial. Haven't had a face-to-face meeting with them so couldn't say much more.

    Hope that helps!

ps. If you're specifically looking for extra content to drive search traffic, you should give Bob at YourAmigo a call to see if they can offer you anything.

You could try FeeFo, a company that I did some work for a while ago. They offer qualified customer reviews via an independent 3rd party website.

    Pros:

    Inexpensive solution
More consumer trust (feedback is not selective or editable)

    Cons:

3rd party website = no white label
No control over negative feedback (although you can leave a response)

Worth a look though - hope that helps!
