Job Description
7thingsmedia is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dedicated affiliate management team, working across a portfolio of brands such as USC, Agent Provocateur and Secret Sales. This role is ideal for a candidate currently in employment at an Affiliate Network.
Key Responsibilities
• Team management - mentor
and train your team in-line with company and HR objectives and carry-out
regular development conversations and performance reviews.
• Day to
day responsibility for directing team activity according to performance
on accounts and customer satisfaction.
• Overall responsibility for
operational running of accounts within your team
• Monitor time
reporting for your team to ensure effective allocation of resource
in-line with customer segmentation and overall efficiency goals
•
Undertake monthly to quarterly face to face meetings with senior client
& publisher contacts
• Undertake and deliver quarterly business
reviews on key customer accounts and contribute to quarterly business
reviews on other customers across your team as deemed relevant
• Take
an active role in new business pitches
• Work closely with the sales
team to ensure targets for new business revenue across your team
(publisher and advertiser) are upheld and exceeded
Candidate Requirements
• Educated to a degree level
• Have a firm understanding of
affiliate marketing
• Understanding of the different online marketing
channels
• Proven team management and leadership experience
•
Extensive strategic client management experience
• Proven ability to
build strong relationships at a senior level
• Demonstrable
experience of performance based marketing
• High level of commercial
awareness
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent written and
oral presentation skills
• Positive outlook and proven ability to
handle pressure
