Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To maximise the opportunities, revenue and exposure of Clients’ Display & Affiliate Campaigns to the benefit of both Client & Agency.
DUTIES:
ü CLIENT COMMUNICATION:
o To organise & attend Client meetings
o To prepare all presentation materials for Client meetings.
o To co-ordinate and chair weekly conference calls
o To produce and send contact report to Client after all conference calls and meetings.
o To reply to all Client correspondence as priority.
ü CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
o Planning of all display campaigns including:
§ Management of display media research
§ Management of draft proposal creation and follow up/presentation to client
§ Management of trafficking and creative optimisation through appropriate tools (may be one of Atlas, DART, Mediaplax)
§ Proactively innovate and drive new channels and initiatives to encourage profitable growth
o Daily Management of relationship with affiliate network and effective go-between from client to network
ü FINANCE:
o To produce all required financial reports and reconciliations required by the finance team.
o To ensure that you adhere to all company financial processes and deadlines in place, and that all work is produced to a high degree of accuracy.
o Monitoring delivery of client’s campaigns to ensure accuracy of delivery.
o Responsibility for future planning and forecasting at a campaign and account level
ü REPORTING:
o Responsible for ensuring all weekly/monthly/ad hoc Clients for report are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
o Responsible for ensuring all monthly finance reports for Finance Department in a timely and accurate manner.
o Fast turnaround of high quality ad hoc reports as requested by the Client/AD.
ü AD HOC DUTIES:
o To adhere to deadlines given by Client/Account Director.
o To ensure that all points raised on Contact reports are actioned.
o To effectively manage any external/internal queries/issues on Account.
o To Inform the Finance and technical team on any issues to ensure effective communication and smooth running of account.
o To work hand in hand with the Account Director and assume a role in the development of account/campaign strategies to enable future growth of accounts.
o Regularly relay latest Industry related data to the client and internally
Candidate Requirements
o University Degree (or international equivalent)
o One year’s online experience minimum within a Display role
o Fluent written and spoken English
o Maths Qualification (GCSE, A Level or international equivalent) desirable, along with evidence of mathematical competency.
o Agency/Media Owner/Client Side experience essential
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
