Job Description and Candidate Details
You will be currently employed as an affiliate manager/executive at a UK network or be managing /assisting with the management of a program for a large online company and have regular contact with some of the biggest affiliates in the UK and have an excellent reputation amongst them. You will be used to, and motivated by, hitting targets.
Tasks that will be under your responsibility include:
Recruitment and management of affiliates of all sizes
Affiliate Support
Liaison with UK affiliate networks
Assistance with creation of offers, incentives and campaigns for affiliates
Assistance with strategic input into affiliate programs we manage
Client liaison and account management

Minimum 2 years proven experience affiliate experience
Experience of working within or with major UK affiliate networks
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to analyse data and refine activities accordingly
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
High degree of initiative and an excellent team player
Key traits required:
Literacy - excellent written and spoken English and be able to relate to people on a personal and business level
Confidence and Professionalism - You will be dealing with some very large companies and will be expected to contribute to internal and external meetings
Tenacity - A dedicated, tenacious approach is required
Enthusiasm - We want you to enjoy working with us and have a genuine interest in what you are doing. A “can-do” attitude.
KEY: Communication skills – enjoy talking to people face to face and building relationships verbally on the phone
KEY: Must enjoy affiliate marketing and be passionate about this channel
