Job Description

This is a pivotal role within our Affinity Partnership Business Unit that will provide definition, development and implementation of plans that will improve performance of our aggregator channels (for example, Confused, Compare the Market) for our partners.

 As Aggregator Commercial Manager, you will provide analysis of current performance; insight into trends and action plans to develop our Partners performance through this vital channel.

You will also proactively manage a rolling programme of tactical initiatives that maximises the income and volume for our Partners.  This will involve extensive stakeholder management internally and externally. 

Coupled with this, you will support the Relationship Management team in the development of financial models/business cases for initiatives, work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager to help drive positive business change and develop and manage key performance indicators to manage and optimise aggregator performance.  

Candidate Requirements

Experience of sourcing, interpreting and acting upon complex performance data

Experience of managing implementation of commercially driven initiatives

Experience of Insurance Industry or other financial services, preferred.

Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills

Strong communications at all levels including verbal, written and presentation skills

Well developed Project Management skills

Good organisation and time management skills
