Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop dgmSearchLab brand awareness and presence the industry, positioning it as both a thought leader through a reputation for integrity and excellence.
- Generate, manage and close new business opportunities across the dgm UK portfolio of products and services inline with targets agreed with the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Manage the ongoing commercial development of dgmSearchLab offering and team capabilities.
- Regular liaisons and meeting with relevant internal and external stakeholders with the objective of securing or influencing the securing of new business.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to ensure the correct positioning of the department is represented in the market and on internal and external literature and platforms to facilitate the commercial success of the department.
- Ensure that all systems used in reporting and monitoring sales activity and performance are kept up to date.
- Pro-active research of commercial opportunities, management of sales opportunities and your sales pipeline.
- Forecasting sales growth as requested by the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Pro-active and effective communication with operational, delivery and technical teams to ensure the smooth and efficient deployment of campaigns.
- Management of pitch process to drive the creation of successful presentations.
- Work within the team and the business to ensure effective knowledge sharing and best practice sales techniques, to ensure the sales process is constantly evolving.
- Key up date with the latest news and developments within the online industry, specifically the search space and communicate with the rest of the team.
- At all times to represent dgm and its associated companies in a professional manner.
- Provide professional and courteous service
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 yrs + graduate calibre, driven by success and exceeding targets.
- You will be an autonomous self starter, who can work without an established support network, and can deliver on multiple levels immediately.
- You will be able to identify and develop the necessary resources and infrastructure necessary to ensure the ongoing commercial success and growth of dgmSearchLab.
