Job Description
As the main project manager for this brand name account you will be the consistent handler for web and web related projects both internally and client facing. The ability to cheerfully multi-task, negotiate requirements with clients, manage developers/designers and work alongside partners from other agencies is not only crucial but critical. Strong knowledge of web technologies and the ability to interpret these to the non-technical is important as is the ability to take a client brief and interpret the requirements back to the technical team to create a solution.
You will manage the client brand through this process. Quality control on usage, adaptations and placement is important and forms part of the over-all process as clients will rely on the project manager to ensure that content, brand image and styling is consistent with existing look and feel.
Working across markets you will also liase with US & India based technology operations as well as with marketing teams in the UK, Nordics Region, Belgium and Poland amongst others
General Responsibilities include:
- Full management of multiple projects from initial business case stage to post live upgrades
- Manage Design Schedules – Web & Print requirements within the department and with other departments in conjunction with a junior PM supporting you.
- Front projects to Clients – supply & manage schedules, specifications, budget, content – being point of contact on a variety of web projects
- Daily Interface with developers, designers and account handlers
- Draw up all draft invoices and manage client purchase orders
- Full testing and snagging of design and development changes
- Review design and development changes prior to client sign off.
- Participate in budget projections with the interactive management team
- Ability to create new business from existing clients
- PRINCE2 qualified a guaranteed bonus, with proven projects where this methodology was applied.
You will have had several years experience in a client facing project management environment, have a great eye for detail and an ability to work under pressure and as part of a team!

Candidate Requirements
Your are probably a creative and forward thinking person that may have come from a development or more junior role now looking to step up and be able to use your PM & account handling skills at a higher level
Minimum of 2 years working in a digital/technology enviroment
Interested in both online and offline marketing applications
Proven skills in managing a project life cycle
Good interpersonal and negotiating skills
Ambitious and looking for an enviroment that is willing to invest in your skills and not micro manage you to death.
Excellent written & spoken English
Right to work in the UK
