Job Description
We are looking for a customer experience manager to join a major online b2c financial services brand. Our client is an internet pureplay with significant brand equity and a great product range. Your role will be to look after the online user experience, ensuring maximum rates of conversion, cross sell and customer satisfaction. You will use analytics, multi variant testing and creative innovations to constantly drive sales. You will use work with the product team and offline brand marketing team to ensure consistency of message. As well as having strategic impact on the onsite user experience, you will also project manage website developments and new products, agreeing technical specs and delivering projects on time and to budget.
Candidate Requirements
This is a great career opportunity for someone developing their career in the e-commerce space. Candidates should have sounds website UX experience, preferably from an e-commerce environment. You should have been involved with project management and web development.
