DIGITAL MANAGER – Retail (Street wear Brand)
to £35k + Excellent Benefits Package

An exciting opportunity has come up with a leading street wear brand within the fashion industry

The Role

This newly created role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to drive online brand engagement, customer acquisition, retention and sales. 

Main Responsibilities include;  

Manage digital strategy

Responsible for digital budget, profit & loss

Manage the process of putting products online including tracking images, product copy, and inventory to ensure products have all assets required for go-live. 

Assisting in merchandising on e-commerce site

Involved in Analytics to enhance brand performance

Ongoing monitoring, analysis and optimisation of all campaigns

Authoring reports using data from campaign tools and analytics packages

Creating and managing affiliate programme:

Defining affiliate strategy and managing programme throughout UK.

Managing all day-to-day PPC and driving SEO including:

Defining and maintaining optimal KPIs, landing pages, keywords, URLs, ad-creative, tracking requirements etc. for all campaigns.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with search engines and other relevant partners

Managing all CRM activities

Writing and briefing all eCRM communications

Measuring and reporting activities to be shared across the group.

Basic segmentation skills driven by ROI data

Candidate requirements

 

·                     Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience managing with demonstrable ROI. Ideally within retail

·                     Currently an Online Marketing Manager within retail or fashion

·                     Experience monitoring and analysing media and e-mail performance using industry standard web- analytics packages.

·                     Understanding of where online marketing fits within the wider marketing mix.

·                     Basic copywriting skills.

·                     Experience of analytics packages (Omniture/Google Analytics)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
