Job Description

We are looking for competent Digital experts, with a solid understanding of Search Marketing, Social Media and Customer Engagement.

Our client is one of the most trusted consumer finance institutions in the UK. They run a multi-channel operation with branches based nationwide as well as an award winning online proposition. The quest for brilliance in this area has created a need for a number of high-profile roles as they look to further enhance the effectiveness of the web channel.

You will develop and implement key digital strategies, focussed around customer acquisition. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will focus on multichannel delivery with a focus on driving high quality traffic online, in branch or via telephone channels.

Candidate Requirements

We are specifically looking for passionate Digital Marketing Managers with an understanding of Search and Social. This is a specialist role, but an appreciation of broader channels is desirable. Experience in B2C environments is a must, as is excellent communications skills. The most important element in this role is to have a customer-centric approach in everything you do.
