Job Description
The i-Cademy Graduate Development Programme is quite comprehensive and much information can be found under the careers section of our website. In summary, each year, i-level recruits a group of the most talented graduates to join their digital teams as a full time trainee. Successful candidates in this programme will attend a multitude of internal and external classes, facilitated by media professionals in specific fields to learn about all elements of the Digital mix. From internal experts in Search Marketing or Social Media, to visits at creative agencies and with media owners like Absolute radio and News International, training at i-level is extensive, practical and industry leading.
Further down the track, we decide, based on your strengths, skills and interests, what area you should specialise in within i-level, for example, becoming a “Planner/Buyer” for a dedicated client account, to working in specialist areas such as Search Marketing or even as a Social Media Planner. During the trainee programme, we identify your skills and best match them to the different opportunities across our diverse business areas.
Candidate Requirements
If you are bright, enthusiastic and have a genuine passion for Digital media we want to hear from you!
To be considered for a Trainee role in the i-Cademy programme, you will need to be a smart graduate, seeking a challenging career in the Digital media industry. You will have completed your education, and be looking for that next step. The subject of your degree isn’t important to us. What is important is a real passion for all things Digital!
A degree can also be substituted with relevant industry experience.
You will have great attention to detail, an analytical mind and strong numeracy skills as the Trainee role does involve working with numbers.
