Job Description

Principle Responsibility:

 

Ensure iCrossing UK delivery teams consistently deliver high quality service, on time and to budget, by managing Client delivery projects to enable us to fulfill our contracted promises to clients.

 

Reports to:

 

Programme Manager

 

Main responsibilities:

 

·         Gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations to task level

·         Monitor project pipeline and contribute recommendations for required assets and resources

·         Proactively identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps

·         Develop and constantly update companywide Master Project Plan to assist in resource planning across our network

·         Serve as primary interface with Client on project planning and management

·         Serve as primary interface between requests and partner/outside project managers

·         Relay timing/costs as needed to key stakeholders

·         Work with team to develop workflows, database and creative architecture

·         Contribute in creative brainstorms to improve the quality of our products and services

·         Contribute to maintaining a pool of competent freelancers/vendors to be used as resource needs dictate

 

Delivery duties:

 

Manage project scope including:

·         Management and documentation of project kick-off meetings (internal and external)

·         Contribute to development of and then manage ongoing project timelines

·         Monitoring and maintaining internal and external milestones

·         Change request management and validation

·         Facilitation of project meetings both internal and external

·         Review of all project deliverables for quality and accuracy

·          Tracking of features and requirements for design and development

·         Maintenance of project documentation

·         Communication of project status to internal and external stakeholders

·         Identification and communication of project risks and assumption

·         Keep senior management informed of the day-to-day activity, of any conflicts, delays, or any other unusual situations that may affect the orderly flow

·         Work with colleagues and management to develop and improve operational efficiencies including, but not limited to the following processes and procedures:

-          Estimating and Planning

-          Resource Management

-          Quality Assurance

-          Scope Management

-          Project Management

Quality and Reporting:

 

·         To ensure that our project delivery is best in class

·         To ensure that relevant external standards are understood and incorporated where appropriate within programmes

·         To ensure that all delivery project teams understand how quality relates to them and their role in delivery

·         To ensure all delivery projects have detailed QA activities planned, implemented and reported

 

Key Performance Indicators

·         Delivery on time

·         Change Control implemented in all relevant situations, with the right approval processes followed

·         Project profitability

·         Net Promoter Score

 

Reporting

·         To the Programme Manager

·         To the Account Manager

·         To the Delivery management team

Candidate Requirements

Knowledge

·         Project Resource Planning and Management

·         Familiarity with Project Management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE, Agile

·         Digital Marketing, technology or media

·         Contract & SLA management and commissioning

Experience

·         Minimum of 4 years commercial experience

at least 2 years managing projects in the digital marketing industry
