We are looking for a highly commercial e-business director to break the mould of conventional online recruiting services. The individual will take responsibility for directing the development and implementation of our e-business strategy. The group role reports into the Management Board and works with divisional directors, initially in the UK, to develop a market-leading online commercial proposition.
Candidate Requirements
The candidate will demonstrate a track record of extensive e-commerce success, with experience in strategic business development, testing and rolling out online customer propositions, and innovative online marketing approaches to drive revenue growth, profitability and productivity. Leading cross-business project teams, the individual will be expected to maximise the opportunities offered by the digital space.
