We are currently recruiting an E-Commerce Assistant - Design. Reporting to the E-Commerce Designer and Design Manager, this role will provide support in creating customer focused content for New Look’s online store.

Candidate Requirements

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Produce graphic and HTML content according to briefs provided by the Site Management team.
Preparation of static image and rich media assets to be used to drive sales for the online store.
Adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring the online creative is consistant with the wider business approach.
Manage the uploading and publishing of site content using the Web Content Management application.
Provide general administrative support to the design team.
Keeping up to date with latest trends and techniques with regular reviews of the competition and wider media.
Technical and Behavioural Skills
Essential and Desirable Skills

Graphic/Web Design Skills essential with previous experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Dreamweaver preferable

Knowledge and Experience

Experience using Web Content Management tools an advantage but not essential. A good understanding of Web Standards and an appreciation for accessibility issues.

Minimum level of education or Qualifications

Educated to degree level in relevant subject area.
