Job Description

Selfridges offers an unrivalled shopping experience. Now we’re set to recreate that experience online. Developing and maintaining our customer database, you’ll play an active role in supporting all current and future marketing activity.

About the role

Responsible for our customer database, you’ll analyse data to build a detailed picture of our different customer segments and their retail habits. Adhering to the Data Protection Act at all times, you’ll translate your findings into informative, user friendly reports that will drive our marketing strategy and ensure that we communicate with our customers effectively via the most relevant channels available.

Candidate Requirements

About you

With proven database management experience, you’ll have an analytical approach to marketing and be familiar with customer segmentation and different database interfaces. Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally are essential – along with the ability to package data in a way that is easy to understand.
