Job Description
SWIMSHOP is a long established successful Mail Order/Ecommerce company selling swimming products. Part of World Of Service International Limited – SWIMSHOP is Europe’s largest Swim Specialist - serving individual swimmers, Clubs, Schools and Federations throughout Europe, offering the worlds largest swim brands including Speedo, Nike & Adidas – as well as sourcing our own products from around the world.
The company is now looking for an Ecommerce/Direct Mail Manager to develop and implement web/mail marketing plans to further progress our market share of on/off-line sales.
§ Planning & Implementing our Direct Mail/On-line Marketing activity within budget.
§ Analyse the site’s performance to make continual improvements to the customer experience and efficiency of the site.
§ Provide quantitative and qualitative data to aid management decisions.
§ The production of catalogues, improving catalogue performance and streamlining the catalogue production process, where you will also gain experience in the areas of range selection, photo shoot co-ordination, Media Spend and PR.
This is an evolving position and an exiting opportunity to get involved in all aspects of a small business operation, within a friendly, motivated Team with a passion for serving swimmers.
Candidate Requirements
§ Proven experience within Direct Marketing, ideally in both E-Commerce site management and Direct Mail.
§ Strong technical ability/understanding of on-line techniques including SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Banners, Email marketing and on-line best practices.
§ Sound business sense with a commercial outlook.
