Skills / Experience
- Management of a team
- New Media / Ecommerce experience within online retail marketing, managing and implementing on site merchandising campaigns
- High level of personal motivation
- Online store management experience
- Understanding of web conventions and e-tail best practice
- Experience using web analytic tools
- Understand click contribution analysis
- Experience of managing and implementing campaigns across paid search and/or affiliate marketing
Person & Competencies
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of ecommerce business drivers
- Results driven with excellent analytical to make structured recommendations to the business
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change
