About the Role…
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned ecommerce professional to define the online strategy, build a successful team and most importantly, deliver a fantastic customer experience that will deliver on the commercial expectations of the business.
• Manage the development of the new Website with the 3rd Party Agencies, ensuring they are aligned to web sales growth plans, and make sure the content remains fit for purpose
• Manage the operational function of the e-commerce and web teams
• Lead and drive the performance and capabilities of the online team, to support the achievement of business KPI’s
• Work with the supply chain and distribution team to ensure a transparent and fluid process is in place to deliver great customer service
Candidate Requirements
About You…
• You will be the ecommerce expert in this business and the site will be your responsibility
• You’ll have 4 years + ecommerce management experience where you can demonstrate evidence of delivering rapid growth and success
• You’ll have an entrepreneurial outlook, keen to get the job done whilst also recognising that process and standards should be defined early on
• You’ll have strong project and people management skills with the ability to work with others and able to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
• A fashion background would be advantageous but essential is the ability to show evidence of working in a fast paced and demanding environment
