Job Description
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe is the central support organisation for over 100 countries in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Australasia. We market all hardware in the PlayStation portfolio and are one of the market leaders in the publishing of software (s/w) on PlayStation formats.
We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to work across our exciting campaigns
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager and based in the European Headquarters Central CRM Marketing team you will take responsibility for delivering a range of behavioural CRM Email Marketing campaigns in the EMEA region. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an driven Marketing Executive to assume responsibility for a high profile CRM Email Marketing operation within an iconic multinational entertainment brand.
Your primary area of work will be the development and reporting of eCRM Email Marketing campaigns focusing on consumer behaviour, using a large and rich source of data to strategise and analyse campaign activities.
You will play a key role in the development of effective & successful CRM activities across the EMEA region.
You will have solid experience of email marketing CRM campaigns and be a marketing graduate.
You will have an understanding of customer data segmentation and possess analytical skills in order to interpret data.
You will be working with internal stakeholders managing high-profile brands and supported by the CRM team, Consumer Database Management, eCRM marketing agencies, internal creative teams and IT resource, to translate CRM strategy into actionable CRM campaigns and programmes.
Experience in online or direct marketing, ideally gained within a B2C environment, and strong project management skills are essential, as are good interpersonal skills.
