Job Description

We're looking for another great ruby developer to join our small, friendly and pragmatic development team based in our shiny Clerkenwell office. We're after someone with proven ruby skills, who will be able to help us develop the Rails app that drives our website, serving a quarter of a million unique visitors every month. We take pride in what we do and as such you can expect everything that you'd find at a professional, well run development team. And if not, we'll be interested to hear how you think we could be doing things better.
We like to be proactive - if we find a problem in a gem we fork it and fix it, and over the last few years have contributed fixes and enhancements to a whole host of open source ruby projects that we rely on, including Rails, RSpec, Sass, Capybara, Rack::Test and ResourcesController to name but a few.
When you join you'll get the opportunity to pick your weapons of choice (laptop, screen and accessories). We like our Macs but won't hold it against you if you prefer something else.
