Job Description

Represent the client’s voice within TechnoPhobia;

-lead a team of around 10 Digital Account Managers and Executives and act as their champion;

-work with some of the best people in the business; UX Designers, Software Developers and Testers;

-contribute to the company’s Account Management strategy.

- work within Prince 2 methodologies.

Candidate Requirements

A passion for the web;

-At least 5 years industry experience in a related Digital Account Management role;

-Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team;

- An understanding of various digital tools, their advantages and their limitations and their suitability for clients’ projects;and to represent these concepts to clients;

-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
