The Role
As Head of Affiliate Marketing with the world’s leading online gaming community, you will create sustainable revenue growth by acquiring new customers through an affiliate program. You’ll achieve this by effectively managing current PartyGaming affiliate programs through the provision of timely support, prompt payment processes and incentives to grow.
Your main responsibilities as Head of Affiliate Marketing will involve:
- Managing a team of Affiliate Managers in order to monitor the performance of the competition and PartyGaming affiliates, their sources of traffic, the quality of players and the revenues they are generating
- Ensuring best practice affiliate marketing techniques are imposed at all times
- Supporting the account managers in providing client consultancy on appropriate affiliate networks
- Working proactively with new and low performance affiliates to increase new sources of traffic
- Setting goals, creating plans, assigning responsibilities, taking corrective action and supporting resources through systems development, training and motivational action
Candidate Requirements
Your skills and qualifications as Head of Affiliate Marketing will ideally include:
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Substantial experience of affiliate marketing management
- Exceptional knowledge of the affiliate space and a fantastic track record of new business sales within digital media
- Proven experience with leading online affiliate programmes, preferably in acquiring new affiliates in internet gaming or with affiliate networks
- Strong relationship management capability, with both internal and external clients
