Offering premium, high speed rail services, we carry over 15,000 customers a day on our Heathrow Express and Heathrow Connect services between Heathrow Airport and Central London.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this exciting and challenging role will lead a team of web and sales specialists to maximise B2B and e-commerce B2C sales opportunities.

With clear market share and revenue targets to meet you will drive customer/ consumer relevant technologies to ensure best in class customer propositions are achieved; with a clear focus on e-commerce, onward travel/ ticketing solutions and CRM technology.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must have a strong track record in a sales and marketing environment, ideally within B2B, travel or transportation sectors, with experience of developing sales strategy and plans, contract negotiation and motivating a team to achieve stretching commercial targets.

Other essential requirements for the role include strong e-commerce skills - technology and web development - with specific knowledge of ticketing, ticketing technology, distribution systems and solutions.

You must also have excellent communication and influencing skills and be comfortable using numerical information and data analysis to inform your decision-making.
