THE COMPANY

Bray Leino is a top 20 UK agency headquartered in Devon with over 300 colleagues, £50 million turnover and offices throughout the UK. It provides a fully integrated range of communication services spanning advertising, digital, events, PR, and organisational development. A genuine leader is now required to manage and drive the agency’s digital offer forward. 

THE POSITION 

• Reporting to the CEO, shape and implement the business plan, driving profitable growth by working with new clients and broadening relationships with existing ones
• Build and provide leadership to the team, creating a respectful, collaborative and supportive working environment where people are inspired to deliver great work
• Astutely manage the financials of the digital business, ensuring budgets and performance targets are communicated and achieved
• Review and develop the agency’s digital offer to ensure the business is able to deliver cutting-edge, highly effective solutions for clients, and educate the wider agency team of its possibilities

 

THE CANDIDATE 

• Outstanding digital leader with an excellent business development track record. A true expert in the digital space with a highly developed understanding of the market and its development

• Strategic thinker who is also hands-on and able to drill down into detail when required. A financially literate and commercially astute professional who is results-orientated, driven and dynamic in style

• An excellent communicator able to develop progressive relationships and engender confidence with colleagues and clients alike, specifically with experience of managing large teams and inspiring people to deliver
