Job Description

Joining a major high street fashion retailer as the head of e-commerce, you will take full ownership of all online sales for a minimum of 12 months. Managing a great team of online marketing/e-commerce professionals and working along side your colleagues in the buying/retail/offline marketing teams you will oversee continued growth in online sales through targeted traffic acquisition, excellent onsite experience to increase AOV and conversion and targeted email/crm promotions.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should come from a senior e-commerce online marketing role from a transactional environment. Ideally you should have sold fashion items online or at least worked product retail (as opposed to selling online services). If you don't have specific fashion experience, an understanding and empathy of fashion is essential.
