Job Description
PaymentSense provides a high quality debit and credit processing service to small and medium size businesses in the UK. We are a rapidly expanding and highly ambitious business recruiting exceptional people to work in pivotal position across the management structure.
We currently have an opening for a talented and alternative thinking Head of Online Marketing. The role will have complete responsibility for optimising the value of our online proposition across a number of sources. You will be responsible for;
- Managing a team of 1-2 and a number of external consultants
- Scaling and optimising the company’s in-house PPC activities.
- Developing and executing SEO strategy (e.g. web optimisation, content sourcing, inbound links, blogs, directories, community sites, etc).
- Working with the Technology team to drive web optimisation and usability improvements.
- Creating and developing Affiliate marketing programme.
- Measuring, analysing and reporting performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone with great communication skills, an ability build strong relationships and an outstanding knowledge of the full online marketing mix. You will need to have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, challenging and entrepreneurial business environment. You will need to be able to make quick accurate decisions and value judgements, whilst maintaining a results orientated professionalism.
